Aircraft Parts Sales & Purchasing Specialist

Location: Remote (Global)

We are expanding our team and seeking experienced professionals who understand the fast-paced, high-value aviation aftermarket.

Position Overview

We are looking for driven, knowledgeable individuals with a strong background in both sales and purchasing of commercial aircraft parts. This role is ideal for professionals who already have established industry relationships and a proven ability to generate and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, buy, and sell commercial aircraft parts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, and suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial aircraft parts sales and/or purchasing is preferred
  • Strong industry network and understanding of market dynamics
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Compensation

  • High-percentage commission structure based on NET profits
